Back to Basics
These are drop in classes - drop in any day during normal shop hours and stay as long as you want. You will be charged for the class the day you are there. Kits will be showing up on the website soon.
Zoom participants below is the information to join in. You will be sent an invoice after your class for any hourly wages incurred. Most classes are either an hourly charge (minimum 1 hour) or a materials fee.

September 5 12 - 8 PM
Stringing
Perfect for ages 8 to 98. Come learn the basics of making a strung neckalce. We will not be making the necklace shown.
Cost $10 per hour or cost of materials bought here.
September 6 10 AM - 6 PM
Peyote with a Twist
Learn how to do peyote with a twist - not crochet. Choose from single seam closure or double seam or both.
Cost $10 per hour or buy the beads you learn with.
September 7 10 AM - 6 PM
Resin
This is an in-person only class.
Learn the basics of UV resin - put items in resin, colorize resin or make cabs with resin. Use molds or open bezels.
Cost $6 per 1 technique piece - add $1 for each additional technique
September 8
Bead Embroidery
Learn the basics of bead embroidery around a cabochon. Learn backstitching, how to do the edge, bail and fringing,.
Two sessions - 10 AM - 1 PM and 2 PM - 5 PM

Kumihimo
Using just cording - no beads - come learn the 6 strand, 7 strand or 8 strand weave. Or learn all 3.
Learn the basics of Kumihimo in this class including how to finish the ends.
Cost $10 each weave or the cost of the cording and finishing pieces.
September 13 10 AM - 6 PM
Headpins, jump rings & crimping
Come and learn how to crimp ends onto wire for jewelry making, learn how to open and close jump rings correcty and how to finish off head pins for thngs like drop earrings.
You will not be making a finished piece this is technique only.

Stitches
Drop in anytime to learn about any stitch - whether you are learning from scratch or just brushing up
Peyote - herringbone - square - ladder - dasiy - RAW - CRAW - DRAW - PRAW - diagonal peyote - brick - triangle weave - chevron weave - netting - MRAW - all the spiral stitches - plus many others - flat, even, odd, circular, tubular, vertical and horizontal

Paper Beads
The art of paper bead making is fun and easy. Come in and learn how to make some basic beads.

September 21
Sampler Chain
This long chain can be worn singly or doubled. Several stitches are combined in tubular form to create this sampler necklace.
2 sessions - 11 - 1:30 and 3:30 - 6
$10 per hour or cost of supplies

Wine Glass Charms & Stitch Markers
I will have a variety of charms and beads (not the ones pictured) for you to make a set of 4 wine charms or 4 stitch markers.
